EN CASO DE DIFERENCIA ENTRE ESTAS CONDICIONES DE RESERVA DE RURALCANARY.COM Y LAS QUE PUEDAN EXISTIR EN ALGÚN INTERMEDIADOR TURÍSTICO PREVALECERA LAS CONDICIONES DESCRITAS POR EL CONTRATANTE DE LA RESERVA AL CLIENTE.
Cambio de fechas de la reserva:
El huésped podrá solicitar el cambio de fechas de la estancia por otras de igual o superior cantidad de días durante el plazo de un año siguiente a las fechas originarias y siempre antes de 4 días previos a dicha estancia originaria. Si la solicitud de cambio se realiza con menos de 4 días, dicha estancias se elevará en su coste un 10%. En todo caso las fechas consideradas para el caso de cancelación de reserva será la fecha originaria de la primera reserva y no la del cambio de reserva si se hubiera producido. Registro de Huéspedes:
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3 de la Orden INT/19222/2003 de 04 de julio, sobre Libros-registro y partes de entrada de viajeros en establecimientos de hostelería y otros análogos, cada huésped mayor de 14 años realizará el Check-in que podrá ser el día de entrada o podrá ser mediante un Precheck-in, ya sea mediante procedimientos electrónicos o manuales.
Cancelaciones:
El cliente puede cancelar la reserva de forma gratuita hasta 14 días antes de la fecha de llegada. El cliente tendrá que pagar un 50% del precio total si cancela durante los 14 días antes de la fecha de llegada. Si el cliente no se presenta tendrá que pagar el precio total de la reserva.
Periodo de gracia:
No se harán cargos para las reservas canceladas a las 4 horas de hacer la reserva
Condiciones sobre número de huéspedes, cuna, camas y camas supletorias:
Se preparará la habitación/es, camas y toallas para el número de personas para el que se han alquilado el alojamiento, sólo podrán pernotar el número de huéspedes para el que se ha reservado la casa rural. Las reservas de 1 ó 2 personas podrán elegir habitación previamente.
Cuna bajo petición: (cuna portátil), GRATIS
Horarios de llegada inicial y salida final:
los horarios oficiales de entrada inicial y salida final son a las 17 y 12 horas respectivamente. Estos horarios pueden ser flexibles a petición del cliente y se aceptarán siempre que no se coincida el mismo día con otro cliente. o usuario de la casa. Para facilitar y adaptarnos a los horarios del cliente en su día de entrada y salida, esta, se podrá realizar de forma autónoma por el cliente para lo que se le facilitará instrucciones de como hacerlo como mínimo con un día de anterioridad.
Sobre el uso de la Piscina:
La piscina estará disponible en la temporada de verano por razones climatológicas. El uso de la misma no supone un cargo extra al huésped. Esta terminante prohibido el baño de animales en el interior de la piscina.
Condiciones sobre mascotas:
El cliente deberá de informar si habrá mascotas (un máximo de 3) 4 € por mascota y día. Algunos proveedores tales como Booking.com, airbnb.com, etc. Pueden no incluir en el total de la reserva los costes o parte de ellos relativos a las mascotas, en ese caso el huésped lo abonará el día de su entrada.
A tener en cuenta:
Una vez efectuada la reserva, el establecimiento enviará a los huéspedes un e-mail con información sobre el pago y la recogida de llaves.
Nota: Si el cliente desea aportar alguna/s nueva/s propuesta/s a las con condiciones de reserva o modificar algunas de las expresada podrá hacerlo en un plazo de 12 horas después de formalizar la reserva, debiendo hacelo mediante al correo electrónico ruralcanary@gmail.com o al WhatsApp o mediante sms al Tf.: 617905568
Servicios y recursos
El alojamiento ofrece gratuitamente, ropa de cama, toallas, papel higiénico, electricidad y agua potable, por lo que se ruega un buen y moderado uso con el objeto de respetar el medio ambiente.
Se encuentra disponible y de forma gratuita para los huéspedes cuatro Kit de senderismo y una cuna portátil. Estos elementos están disponibles bajo petición previa solicitud que tendrá que hacer al propietario en las 48 horas posteriores a la confirmación de la reserva al correo electrónico ruralcanary@gmail.com o al WhatsApp o mediante sms al Tf.: 617905568
MUY IMPORTANTE sobre los animales asilvestrados en la zona:
En la zona pueden existir algunos animales asilvestrados (sobre todo gatos) o roedores, es importante que no les de ni les deje comida o restos de comida en los exteriores ya que proliferan con facilidad y pueden ser molestos e incluso tener enfermedades que se pueden transmitir a los humanos, por su bien no les permita el acceso a la casa a los patios ni al jardín. Tampoco deje basura en el exterior, para ello existe un contenedor grande en la rampa de acceso a la casa, deposítelos ahí y déjelo bien tapado, incluso puede ponerle una piedra en la tapa para que no accedan los animales, en el caso que se llene dicho contenedor a 100 metros de la casa, en el pago de los manantiales, tiene los contenedores municipales de basura, papel y plástico.

Change of reservation dates:
The guest may request the change of dates of the stay for others of equal or greater number of days during the period of one year following the original dates and always before 4 days prior to said original stay. If the change request is made with less than 4 days, said stays will increase in cost by 10%. In any case, the dates considered for the case of reservation cancellation will be the original date of the first reservation and not the date of the reservation change if it had occurred. Guest Registration:

Conditions on number of guests, cots, beds and extra beds:

Initial arrival and final departure times
the official times of initial entry and final exit are at 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. respectively. These schedules can be flexible at the request of the client and will be accepted as long as the same day does not coincide with another client. or home user. Pet conditions:
The client must inform if there will be pets (a maximum of 3) €4 per pet per day. Some providers such as Booking.com, airbnb.com, etc. They may not include the costs or part of them related to pets in the total reservation, in which case the guest will pay it on the day of their entry.
We admit educated and small dogs (up to 25 kilos).
Pets can use the spaces of the house although they are not allowed to climb on the beds or the sofa, we recommend that you bring your own bed.
Pets cannot be left alone inside the house.
We do not have food, bed or other accessories for your pets, please bring them with you.
Clients will be responsible for any behavior of the animal, also for possible damage to the accommodation or to third parties.
Dangerous, illegal, non-companion animals that exceed 25 kilos in weight are excluded.
All types of highly dangerous, illegal, non-companion animals and/or animals weighing more than 25 kilos are excluded.
Your pet must be in good sanitary hygienic conditions during your stay.
Your pet must have valid veterinary documentation.
The use or bath of your pet/s in the pool is not allowed.
About the use of the pool:
The pool will be available in the summer season for weather reasons. The use of it does not imply an extra charge to the guest. The bathing of animals inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
To consider:
After booking, the property will send guests an email with payment and key collection information.
• It is recommended to travel in your own or rented vehicle.
• Free hiking kits are available upon request.
• Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests registered in the reservation.
• In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the property applies additional health and safety measures at all times.
It is strictly forbidden to make any type of fire (especially in the traditional oven on the terrace), except on the barbecue grill set up for it. Neither may a fire be made on said grill in periods of prohibition of making fires by the corresponding authority (declaration of high temperatures), the General Directorate of Security and Emergencies of the Government of the Canary Islands or another competent official body.
On the intimacy and privacy of guests and access to accommodation.
The owner of the accommodation or persons authorized by it, may access the accommodation during the rental and prior notice to the guest to carry out urgent repairs or repairs in the accommodation for the services it offers. (example: internet fixes, broken taps, breakdowns, etc.)
The guest is provided with the key to the main door along with another (smaller) key, the latter activates the electricity in the accommodation while disconnecting or connecting the security system against theft of the house. These mechanisms are completely disconnected when the guest enters the house and activates the electricity (by means of the small key). Home maintenance and Deposit (bond may apply)
The GUEST receives the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order and state of use, and is obliged to take care of it, the garden with its furniture, shed and barbecues, in a correct way. If the GUEST observes any damage or anomaly, he must notify it at the time of his observation with a maximum of 12 hours, at the time of access to the establishment. THE GUEST must leave and return the rural house in acceptable conditions of cleanliness and with all the furniture and fixtures in the same state as they were at the entrance. It is expressly requested to keep the furniture, books and belongings in their original places.
At the end of your stay, the OWNER will check the property and belongings of the house, as well as its cleanliness and order.
The advance deposit on your day, if it existed by the GUEST to make the reservation, is considered as a deposit to guarantee the repair of possible damages, it will be returned at the end of your stay if at the time of returning the keys the house is in the same state in which it was delivered with a maximum of 72 h.
If the house suffers any damage by the GUEST, said damage will be repaired or the amount of the repair will be paid by the GUEST. In this case, the necessary part will be deducted from the deposit, if it exists, to cover the costs of repairing or replacing elements that allow the rural house to be returned to its original state, if there is no deposit, it may be requested by the owner and must be reimbursed by the main and responsible guest within 7 days of your request.
The deposit will be returned to the guest within a maximum period of 5 days by the owner provided that the house is in good condition with no damage and with its original content at the time of the guest's entry.
If the cost of the repair or replacement of these objects exceeds the deposit, the Deposit will not be returned and the payment of the damages will be left pending, until their evaluation is achieved, which will be settled later.
