SOBRE EL AGUA CALIENTE - ABOUT HOT WATER
MUY IMPORTANTE: Antes de nada debe saber que el agua
caliente discurren por los conductos izquierdos de cada grifo, es
necesario dejar correr un tiempo inicialmente el agua hasta que
llegue el agua caliente ya que el termo se encuentra, por
seguridad, fuera de la casa y el agua tarda un tiempo, al principio,
en llegar.

La casa dispone de un sistema de termo impulsado por propano para disponer de agua caliente sanitaria. Se dispone de
5 depósitos de propano en funcionamiento con una autonomía de 12 meses y otros 5 depósitos más de reserva. Si ha
coincidido su estancia con que se ha agotado los depósito de gas tendrá que poner en marcha la reserva, proceda de la
siguiente forma:

1.- Acérquese al cuarto de bombonas que se encuentra a la derecha a 7 escalones de la subida de la escalera hacia la
salida de la finca, 2.- Abra la puerta negra de rejillas y vera las 10 bombonas de propano. En la parte superior de la
pared interior y frente a usted verá una llave dorada. 3.- Gire la llave al lado contrario unos 180 grados. Ya ha puesto a
disposición las nuevas bombonas de reserva. Ya puede abrir nuevamente el agua caliente y esperar llegue el agua
caliente.

En caso que aún no exista agua caliente posiblemente es que se existe una avería del termo de gas, para este caso tenemos un
“sistema auxiliar de agua caliente” propulsado por electricidad. Para ponerlo en funcionamiento siga las instrucciones siguientes:

SISTEMA AUXILIAR DE AGUA CALIENTE - AUXILIARY HOT WATER SYSTEM
En Caso de avería o mal funcionamiento del agua caliente siga las siguientes intrucciones
In case of malfunction of hot water follow the following instructions
A.) Abra la puerta amarilla de metal del cuarto de Cadera

B.) Estos son los elementos que deberá manipular, siga el orden que le indico

1º.- Cierre la válvula 1 girándola a la derecha -
2º.- Abra la válvula 2 girándola a la Izquierda -

3º.- Coja el conector que se encuentra sobre el termo eléctrico y conéctelo en el enchufe

Tendrá que esperar un tiempo que el caliente el agua en
ese momento se apagará la luz roja y ya tendrá agua
caliente.

En Caso de avería o mal funcionamiento del agua caliente siga las siguientes intrucciones
